The House on Neibolt Street was the haunted well house featured in the 2017 film, It, and the 2019 sequel, It: Chapter 2. This is a 1" scale cinematic model of that house and my capstone project during my final year at SCAD. It won second place in the senior showcase faculty vote of my graduating class and garnered recognition from the film's costume designer, Janie Bryant (pictured at bottom). Fans of the film will notice that careful detail went into small easter eggs featured in the film, such as the " Bob Gray's" beer bottle label and the Derry newspaper clipping lining the windows. The model took two months to complete.
