ABOUT
I was an introvert throughout much of my childhood, which spawned my love of the creative arts, particularly film. Much of my youth was spent living in my own head, drawing, writing, and watching what was probably an unhealthy amount of movies.
When I graduated high school, it was time to come down from the clouds and figure out what I was going to do for a living. Then 9/11 happened. I ended up joining the Air Force to serve my country during its time of need, but also because of the opportunities it provided with education and world travel.
As much as I enjoyed the military life, I had always wanted to pursue a career in film. I was accepted into Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and transferred into the Air Force Reserves to attend school full time. I am now a senior with a major in production design ( concentration in set and art direction) and a minor in graphic design.
I continue to do background actor work in film to learn the workings of a set, but mostly because I love the environment and feel like I'm in my element on a film set. Some of the films I've been in are Hell or High Water ( 2016), starring Chris Pine, Ben Foster, and Jeff Bridges, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (2019), Shazam: Fury of the Gods (2021), Ozark: Season 4 ( 2021), Staircase ( 2021), starring Colin Firth, Toni Collette, and Sophie Turner, and Halloween Ends ( 2022), starring Jamie Lee Curtis. In the future, I plan on earning my graduate degree in film while working in a production design capacity for film and theme parks, and I'm excited to see what's ahead.
